Information We Collect
When you use the eligibility quiz or any form on VAFloridaLoan.com, we collect:
- Identity & contact: first and last name, email address, mobile phone number.
- Military service indicators (used only to screen preliminary VA-program eligibility): veteran / active-duty / National Guard / Reserve / surviving-spouse status, branch of service, and whether you have or believe you qualify for a VA Certificate of Eligibility. We do not ask for or collect your DD-214, LES, Social Security Number, date of birth, or copies of military discharge or financial records on this website.
- Loan-fit information: Florida property focus, purchase or refinance intent, target timeline, self-reported credit-score band, employment indicator, household income range. These are self-reported estimates only.
- Phone verification data: when you verify your mobile phone via one-time code, we use Twilio Inc. as our verification service provider. Twilio receives your phone number to deliver the 6-digit verification SMS. We store only whether the number was successfully verified, not the SMS content.
- Consent record: when you submit any form, we store the timestamp, your IP address, the page URL, the version of the form, and the exact consent language displayed to you, as a record of your TCPA consent.
- Site analytics: standard Google Analytics 4 traffic data (page views, device type, approximate region) under measurement ID G-VP47XQF6LY. No personally identifying information is sent to Google Analytics.
We do not run credit checks through this website. Formal pre-approval requires a separate, signed mortgage application with credit authorization handled by CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC.
How We Use Your Information
- To contact you about your VA mortgage inquiry
- To assess your preliminary eligibility for VA loan programs
- To send you relevant mortgage information (you may opt out at any time)
- To verify the mobile phone number you provided via SMS one-time code

TCPA Consent
By submitting any form on VAFloridaLoan.com, you expressly consent to be contacted by Joseph Pistone and CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC by phone, text message (SMS), or email — including through automated dialing technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages — at the phone number and email address you provided, regarding your mortgage inquiry and related programs. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or contact us at joe.pistone@ccm.com to opt out of any channel. We maintain a record of your consent (timestamp, IP address, page URL, form version, and exact consent text shown).
Sharing Your Information
We share your information only with: (1) CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, the lender of record, for loan processing and underwriting, and (2) service providers that help us operate the website and verification process (currently Netlify for hosting, Google Analytics for traffic measurement, Twilio for SMS verification, and FormSubmit for form delivery). Each provider is bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

- You may opt out of marketing communications by replying STOP to texts, clicking unsubscribe in emails, or contacting us directly.
